A 50% deposit is required to confirm. The remaining balance must be paid five days before the event.

You may cancel without penalty up to ten days before the event. After that deadline, a partial 25% refund applies.

Yes. You may reschedule to preserve the amount already paid, subject to availability on the new date.

Yes. After you book the date, we discuss what you want to see and experience and prepare a proposal around your group.
