1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Chiva Victoria Princess, the trade name under which the holder of Panamanian RUC 8-312-212 DV 18 operates, with an Aviso de Operación in the Republic of Panama.

2. What a tentative booking means

When you submit the form, the date is placed on hold as a tentative booking. We block that date for your group while we talk, but no contract is closed yet: price, time, route, and service details are agreed with you over WhatsApp before confirming.

A tentative booking may be released if we cannot reach you or if we do not reach an agreement. We let you know before releasing it.

3. When it becomes confirmed

The booking becomes confirmed when we receive the 50% deposit of the agreed price. The site charges nothing: we first talk on WhatsApp, settle the price of your celebration, and only then send you a payment link for the exact amount.

The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the event.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• The deposit that confirms the date is 50% of the agreed total price.
• The remaining balance (the other 50%) is due no later than 5 days before the event.
• You may cancel without penalty up to 10 days before the event date: we refund 100% of the deposit.
• If you cancel with less than 10 days' notice, the deposit is not refunded: by then we have already held the unit and time slot for your group and turned down other dates.

5. If we cancel

We only cancel for force majeure reasons beyond our control: severe weather, road closures, instructions from the authorities, or a mechanical failure that would compromise the group's safety.

In that case the tour is rescheduled to another date agreed with you, and we give you as much notice as possible. Your deposit carries over to the new date.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed entirely on PagueloFacil's platform. This site never receives, sees, or stores your card details: when you pay, you leave this domain for the gateway's.

Returning to this site after paying does not mean the payment has cleared. We confirm it against the gateway and tell you over WhatsApp.

7. Tour conditions

• The service is for private groups; the minimum size is shown on the booking form.
• Route, meeting points, and duration are agreed before the event and may be adjusted on the day due to traffic, road closures, weather, or instructions from the authorities.
• The group is responsible for any damage it causes to the vehicle during the tour.
• We may end the service, without refund, in response to conduct that endangers people or the vehicle.
• Panamanian law on alcohol consumption and minimum age applies.

8. Site content

Published prices are indicative until confirmed with you in writing. Photographs are illustrative of the service.

The trademarks, text, and images on this site belong to the business and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force on the day you submitted it. The last revision date appears at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute is submitted to the competent Panamanian courts.
